What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM.
When do I pay for my stay?
Payment for the stay is required at the time of check-in.
Are beach umbrellas included in the price?
Yes, the room rate includes one beach umbrella and two sun loungers at beach establishment no. 7, located close to the hotel.
This allows you to easily reach the beach and enjoy the sea in total comfort.
What time is breakfast served?
The buffet breakfast is served every morning from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, allowing everyone to start their day at their own pace.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The password will be provided at check-in: once connected, you can browse freely just like at home.
Do you have parking?
Yes, one uncovered parking space per room is guaranteed at our private parking lot located approximately 800 meters from the hotel. Two types of parking are available:
Uncovered parking: €8 per night
Semi-covered parking: €10 per night (under photovoltaic canopies, not fully covered) Parking type is assigned at check-in based on availability; therefore, it is not possible to specify a preference during booking. The parking space is reserved for the duration of your stay, from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, our hotel is pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome for a supplement of €9 per night. Main rules:
Only one dog is allowed per room.
Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture.
Access to the breakfast room is not permitted.
Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas. Beach access for dogs is only allowed at specific equipped beach clubs. Our hotel does not have agreements with dog-friendly beach establishments.
Do you have agreements with local restaurants?
Yes, we collaborate with several nearby restaurants where our guests can enjoy special rates. Our staff will be happy to show you the available options and suggest the best places for your taste.
Can I bring electric scooters into the room?
For safety reasons, electric scooters are not allowed in the rooms.
